Dr. Britt became a Chiropractor because he wanted to help people in a way that did not require medication and did not foster reliance on routine treatment. His goal is to engage people to be a part of their health and make better choices, whether it is exercise, diet or just learning how to work and play smarter to avoid activity-limiting injuries.

I began my collegiate education in Chemistry with an eye toward medical school. While studying biochemistry and the metabolic pathways, I became disillusioned with the use of medicine to treat all ailments. I was convinced there had to be a way to heal the body without introducing all these chemicals. Having never been to a Chiropractor, I was so excited after speaking with one and learning about the facilitation of the nervous system through manual treatment - I knew what I had to do to become a part of the healthcare model.

I grew up in Columbus, IN, in what is termed “the architectural gem of the Midwest”. I attended Rose-Hulman in Terre Haute, IN, where I met my wife. Coming to Holland to meet her family, it took no time to realize this was where I wanted to raise a family.

To that end, my wife Lisa and I love the sense of community and the joy of raising our four children in an environment with so much to offer. We enjoy running, hiking and biking in the summer and skiing and sledding in the winter.

I love working with people that are excited about making positive changes in their lifestyles.
